Terms of Service

Paperbud is an online-only digital design tool. You describe a paper piece and receive downloadable print-ready design files, an animated e-card and a print-spec sheet. Paperbud does not print, manufacture, ship or deliver any physical goods, and is not a licensed graphic-design agency or a print shop.

You must be at least 13 to use Paperbud. Users aged 13–17 may use it only with a parent or guardian's consent and supervision. By using Paperbud you confirm you meet these requirements and can enter a binding contract.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

• Plans are subscriptions billed in USD through Stripe. Paid tiers are Maker and Studio; Sketch is a free tier.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. You authorise recurring charges.
• Monthly design allowances reset each period and do not roll over. There are no credits or stored balances.
• You can cancel anytime through the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Your use must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, including the prohibition on infringing, deceptive or unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach it.

You keep ownership of the inputs and reference files you provide and the rights to the designs you generate, as set out in the Content License. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs to operate the service.

Designs are generated by AI and may contain errors. They are print-ready files, not a guarantee of a finished print result. You must review outputs and proofread all wording before printing, as described in the AI Disclaimer.

The Paperbud brand, software and site are owned by BUDHILL CONVENIENCE STORE LIMITED and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer our intellectual property to you.

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that outputs are error-free or fit for a specific print or commercial purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. We may update these Terms and will change the "last updated" date. Contact support@budconsto.shop with any questions.
